Taco Meat was measured at 119 to 121 degrees F. The operator immediately put this meat back on the stove and reheated it to 171.2 to 173.4 degrees F. This Taco Meat had been held in the Crock Pot for about 60 minutes. Strongly encouraged the operator to make sure that this food item is held at 140 degrees F or higher. Diced tomatoes were measured to be at 46.9 to 47.7 degrees F. Report e-mailed. |
