Fresh droppings and new capture of mice on traps have occurred since cleaning. Remainder of facility still in need of serious cleaning throughout. Discussed cleaning of walk-in cooler shelving, mold removal, and importance of improving airflow throughout unit. Instructed to have repeat visit by exterminator to correct rodent problem ASAP, and a very thorough cleaning of the facility. Note: remainder of hot and cold holding temperatures satisfactory. Re-inspect in 2-3 weeks.

Comments: Stopped at facility for follow up to visit of 2/17/17. Per instruction, operator contacted exterminator promptly. Facility was serviced on 2/22/17. Copy in file. Majority of requested cleaning has not been completed, to date. Operator states was scheduled to be completed on coming Saturday (3/11/17). Some cleaning of rodent droppings has been done. Area under rice noodles still shows residual droppings. Emphasized the requirement to clean/bleach area thoroughly, particularly where rodent activity occurred. Remaining areas still need cleaning of grease and general accumulation. Recommend a regular scheduled cleaning of facility with greater frequency. Cooler temperatures are sufficient, otherwise. Sanitizer ok (200ppm). Facility will require additional stop in 1 week time.
