Receipts of service for all of those refrigeration units must be sent to inspector within two weeks of this inspection. Upon entering the kitchen a staff member was blatantly telling all staff members to put gloves on. Multiple staff members were observed placing gloves on including staff on the cook line. No bare hand contact was observed. The owners of the facility stated he has been contacting a refrigeration repair man for weeks. A refrigeration repairman happened to be at the facility fixing their A/C unit at the time of inspection and began working on their refrigerators. At the end of the inspection the small prep refrigerator was temping at 45F. All violations must be corrected and are subject to enforcement action. |
