These foods measured 46°F. If foods that require refrigeration are placed in this cooler, must make sure this cooler is capable of cold holding foods below 45°F at all times. 3. All violations must be corrected and are subject to enforcement action if not addressed in a timely manner. Please submit a list of corrective actions taken to all cited violations to the Glens Falls District Office no later than 6/15/17. |
