Item 15A: Floors, walls, ceilings, not smooth, properly constructed, in disrepair, dirty surfaces Comments: Comments only: Items noted in Administrative Tribunal have been corrected. Owner, Aaron Liu, has completed a Safe Food Handling course and has submitted the certificate of course completion. The walk in cooler floor has been repaired and there were no signs of water leaking from the ceiling. The walls and the ceiling in the dry goods storage area have been repaired. There are no signs of leaks from the ceiling. The floor and wall section under and towards the left side of the wok have been repaired. Wall section was patched using particle board and there is a coat of silver colored paint on board. Suggested to owner that he follow up with Town of Queensbury Fire Marshal to see if this meets Fire Code since this is a high heat environment and all the other surrounding area materials consist of sheet metal. |
