In discussion with Sasha, the salad was made today around 12PM. The salad is planned to be served in the near future. Provided education. Must ensure that all cold salads containing items that require refrigeration are properly cooled so that the food reaches 45 degrees F within 4 hours after preparation.

Since campers put their mouth on the outer plastic part of the freeze pop when consumed, it is best not to store the freeze pops in close proximity to the raw beef to prevent any potential cross contamination.
