According to cook, canner is used to prepare canned goods for staff to take home and that no goods canned on premises are served by the facility. No home canned goods were observed during inspection. - Discussed approved cooling procedures and methods for adequate cooling of potentially hazardous foods. - Facility appears to lack adequate freezer storage.
