These include under racks on lower level and in an unused space on the lower level as well. Kitchen equipment should be pulled out and the floor underneath checked. No droppings seen on food contact surfaces or any shelving units. A professional pest control company (Ehrlich) has been hired and a copy of the initial inspection and plan by them has been provided to this inspector by the establishment. Recommend abatement at this time. Follow up again at the next inspection. The establishment should call the local health department with any questions. |
