Comments: Upon entrance to facility observed VERY strong odor of cigarette smoke in facility. Matt (bartender) stated the smell is from patrons with cigarette smoke on their clothing/coats. I did not visually observe smoke or ashtrays, one patron had a cigarette stored next to his glass on the bar but it was brand new (not lit and no evidence it was lit previously). Discussed CIAA and the requirement that smoking is not permitted in facility. Sent letter and pamphlets to owner.
