Comments: At time of inspection hose at the utility sink was hanging in the basin. Not able to determine if a backflip preventer was present because we couldn't remove the hose. For correction: hose was removed from sink basin. NEED TO VERIFY BACKFLOW PREVENTER. Use of time as a control for cooked pizza standard operating procedure must be submitted to and approved by the Cayuga County Health Department.
